I have had sex. Been married for 25 years. We don't use protection.
Brief Answer:
Are they on one side of your penis or are they on both side across
Detailed Answer:
the mid-line? You say that you have been married for 25 years now, but your age states 34, my math doesn't compute, in any event please tell me also if you are both absolutely faithful and have never strayed from your marriage....

I'm sorry. that was supposed to be 15 years. And yes sir. As far as I know we have both been faithful. The bumps are only on one side of my penis.
Brief Answer:
This to me is Herpes, The fact that they are on one side of the penis
Detailed Answer:
is quite supportive, now herpes can lie dormant for many years, you could have even had an initial break out and not know it, same applies to your wife, the thing I would do is go get tested, they do a blood sample check and you can both be placed on antivirals if positive, the only other thing I can maybe say is going on is that you have "heat rash" and this would go away, but that normally involves the folds of the groin and would be on both sides, the fact that there is hair is to me coincidental as you have hair pretty much every square inch and thus it looks like it is related to your pubic hair.
