Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
It may be fungal infection (candida or yeast) or white mucocele (following repeated lip biting) or vitiligo. Post a close-up photo of the lesion so that I am better able to help you.

its located on my bottom lip (in the middle)
Brief Answer:
White spot on lip
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
It looks like mucocele on the inner surface of the lower lip. This has occurred because of a ruptured mucosal/salivary gland usually caused by local trauma (repeated lip biting) & appears as white/transparent lesion.
It may spontaneously resolve on its own after a short time. Others are chronic and require surgical removal. Stop lip biting.
You can show to your local doctor.
