common cause is fungal infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to health care magic,
There are several causes for peeling of skin of the feet.
The most common cause is fungal infection of the feet or Tinea Pedis which happens mostly when your feet are moist and warm like when you wear closed shoes most of the times.
The other causes are,
excessive sweating that may be inherent,
reaction to various drugs/medications, and
superficial scalds and burns of varying degrees,
vitamin deficiency.
Treatment would depend on the underlying cause.
Your dermatologist has given oral anti-fungal once weekly with topical mild corticosteroid (mometasone furoate),you should continue with it.
Some other precautions you need to take,
1) Keep feet dry as much as possible as moisture precipitates infection.
2) Wipe dry after every water exposure.
3) Use anti-fungal dusting powders for prevention and to keep area dry
4) Topical antifungals like clotrimazole or miconazole can also be helpful .
5) In addition keratolytic like salicylic acid (6%)creams can be used with it where peeling is more.
6) Avoid tight shoes.wear cotton socks. Change it daily with powders.
7) Take multivitamins like vitamin B complex with folic acid
Please follow the advice of your treating dermatologist who knows more about the condition.
Hope this will help.
Thanks and Regards,
Could be muscular pain
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow-up.
Pain in chest may be due to muscular origin but I will not be able to say exactly without complete history and proper examination.
However, she may take Tab.Tylenol (acetaminophen) available over the counter for pain relief and which is also considered as a safe medicine in pregnancy.
If pain doesn't subside then I would advise you to see your treating gynecologist.

As follows.
