I can understand your concern.
Cold is mostly caused by viral infection.
So ask your husband to follow these steps.
1. Avoid stress and tension.
2. Avoid oily and spicy food.
3. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
4. Do steam inhalation 4-5 times a day. Do warm water gargles 5-6 times a day.
5. Take antihistamine and anti inflammatory drugs.
Don't worry, with all these, he will definitely improve.
