Brief Answer:
Antiallergic or bronchodilator drug with cough syrup

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
welcome to health care magic,
I really appreciate your concern.

Strong vapor of harpic may induce an allergic reaction or inflammation of the upper respiratory tract.

I would advise you to do gargling with warm saline water or antiseptic mouth wash, take deep breaths and move out to open area,
you can take antiallergic drug like levocetirizine or fexofenadine, which is over the counter available drug.

If it doesn't help than I would advise you for bronchodilator group of drugs like salbutamol inhaler which will help by opening up of respiratory tract and facilitate easy breathing. These are prescription drugs.

For cough you can take cough lozenges, honey or cough syrup.

In future try to avoid direct exposure to harpic fumes in order to avoid such a situation.

Hope I could answer your question, please feel free to ask for follow up question if you have any more queries, I will be happy to help you.
Best wishes
