You need to have an Xray done to rule out pneumonia or signs of lower respiratory tract infections. Also get blood levels done for white blood count and hemoglobin levels to look for infective or anemic causes. Chest evaluation with auscultation and blood saturation review may be needed if breathlessness or difficulties in breathing are worsened. Xray Paranasal sinuses for headaches and nasal congestion may also be needed to look for sinusitis.
Meanwhile keep using inhalers like salbutamol alongwith inhalatory steroids like fluticortisone. You may also need course of antibiotics like augmentin or azithromycin. Anti histamines like cetrizine or loratidine may be of some help bit neubilisations and steroid pulses may be required with antibiotic cover to overcome this episode and then re titrate the treatment by gradual step down therapy to come to an optimal control of your asthma.

If you review the last thread again I had mentioned sinusitis as possible cause of headaches in your case and had suggested that you may need to have Xray Paranasal sinuses. Using analgesics like acetaminophen alongwith anti histamines like cetrizine will help as well as need for decongestants may ne required. Use hot beverages and steam inhalations and keep head warm.
