Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Diverticulitis is always associated with severe pain abdomen, if you are facing only discomfort and no pain then it is unlikely to be diverticulitis.

Here are my suggestions for the constant diarrhea

1. Follow a high fiber diet, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
2. Avoid caffeine, milk and milk products.
3. Avoid smoking
4. Send your stool sample for testing, it needs to be checked for ova and cyst
5. I recommend treatment with probiotics like sporolac or VSL-3 for 7 days. Eating plain yoghurt can help as well
6. Make sure your food is bland, high sugars and spicy food can aggrevate diarrhea

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
