Suggest Remedy For Persistent Nasal Blockage

Question: Hi, I wanted to say thankyou for your response to my question a few weeks ago: http://www.healthcaremagic.com/AskDoctorInboxServlet?page=viewQuery&queryId=221530

I am currently living in Italy so it will be difficult for me to get to a doctor but I want to know how I can get my GP to send me to an ENT specialist but they don't seem to understand that my nostrils are causing me problems.
