Question: Is the pain in my legs related to growing pains?

I am a fifteen-year-old female, which is why I originally suspected growing pains. Except I have been the exact same height and about the same weight for years. (5'6"...152lbs)

The pain in my legs has been happening on-and-off for several years in my hips, both femurs, knees, and both calves. (Feels like tibia? Difficult to tell) It's a very deep pain in the joints and is definitely the bone in my thighs and calves. It is typically one part of one leg that hurts at a time, but sometimes there are two or three areas of pain. (Never seems to be the same joint/bone simultaneously in both legs)

The severity ranges from incredibly intense (walking is absolute misery), to manageable, but still uncomfortable/painful/tender. And I may go days without having any pain whatsoever. While on the other hand, I could experience pain multiple times per day. And in general it usually lasts anywhere from 5-35 minutes.

Background: I am currently undergoing chiropractic treatment for pain that affected my entire spine. (Also for years) X-rays revealed that I have a reversed cervical curve, that I believe was off by about 60° in total. My thoracic vertebrae were also misaligned, but in a left-to-right way. (I apologize, I forgot the correct term) The curve was fine.

And I have been dizzy/lightheaded more and more recently. Along with frequent or lasting headaches that vary in severity as well. They can be anywhere from a mild pressure/throbbing, to an intense pressure/throbbing/sharp pain. If the headache is bad enough my eyes and ears become very sensitive to any light or noise.

I'm not too sure how relevant this is, but the two symmetrical bumps in the back of my head (close to the nape of my neck) have been pretty tender within the last few months. They occasionally hurt on their own without any interference from me, and always hurt when pressure is applied.

The current medications that I am taking are: Dulera, Proair, and Nasonex (for asthma and allergies), as well as Wellbutrin and Adderall. (Depression and ADD) I also take Melatonin almost everyday to help me sleep. (It doesn't really help, but my mother refuses to get anything that isn't 'natural' that could be more powerful)

Don't know how helpful the majority of this is, but ah well, it's here nonetheless. Thanks for reading. :)

Brief Answer:
Can be Vitamin D3 deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pains all over the body that you are having can be related to growing pains or due to vitamin D 3 deficiency. You can get your blood levels evaluated to rule out the deficiency. Do start taking calcium supplements. Exposure to sun will also help.
The two tender lumps at the back of your neck that you mentioned can be due to swollen lymph nodes. It is best to get these examined by your physician.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
