Further tests are needed
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I can certainly understand your concerns.
I have worked through your query in detail.
The PE and loss of libido are directly related to frequent urinary infections and kidney stones.
But this condition need a definitive analysis.
For further analysis , I advice you to get the following tests.
1. Seminal analysis.
2. Scrotal ultrasound Doppler.
Serotonin has no direct implications in causing PE, hence it's measurement is not informative.
Further management if any is based on test results.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
