Question: Have rash on my shin been to doc in the box gave me cream subsided but came back.
Brief Answer:
Kindly send me pictures of that rash.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
This rash could be urticaria or eczema but I will need to inspect it before coming at a possible conclusion.
So,it would be better if you could take a clinical picture of that rash and upload it.
I will review it and guide you accordingly.
Also, tell me some more information like
1.Since when you have noticed it?
2.Is there any itching or burning?
3.Which cream was given to you?
Awaiting your response.

Have had one month itchy only no burning about 3 inches by 6 inches taking mupirocin but just reoccurred again.
Brief Answer:
Could be fungal infection or mixed bacterial infection with eczema.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for sharing more information.
From your description,it could be either fungal infection or mixed bacterial infection with eczema.
But as i said earlier,it is very difficult to identify this kind of skin problem from just symptoms rather having a single look at the rashes could help me to diagnose it better.
So,I will again request you to send me clinical pictures for better understanding or else you can see some nearby dermatologist who can make some exact diagnosis after careful inspection of this rash and may advise you complete radical treatment.
Hope this will help you.
