Question: i am suffering from continuous flu symptoms and sneezing since long time ago (months or very frequent years ago. i was diagnose as having allergy from cold weather, dust

Treatment for allergic rhinitis is as follows.
1. Avoid dust, pollens and pollution.
2. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
3. Do steam inhalation 4-5 times a day.
4. Take intranasal spray containing steroid (fluticasone).
5. Oral combination of antihistamine and anti allergic drugs is also beneficial in your case.
