Question: I have small pimples on the tip of my pennis. I am 26 and virgin. I am just afraid of it . could you pls help me. Then pimples are on the top of glans.

In the absence of sexual actions, these pimples hold no significance.

The urine report also looks to be near normal.

These pimples/bumps should spontaneously disappear.They do not harm you.

Do not try to pop up any pimples as it might flare up an infection.

As of now no active therapy is needed.

Hi madam,

Thanks for your answer.
I have one doubt. Do mastrubation causes these type of pimples?
And it is OK to apply mupirocin ointment(T Bact) twice a day which skin doctor has suggested to me.
Final one is I will be married in couple of years will it cause any problem in future?

This could be a mixed bacterial and fungal infection unrelated to any sexual activity.

I generally prescribe my patients with oral tablets of Fluconazole(single dose) and Doxycyline for 3 daysto resolve the issues.
