+Do not keep the region damp or moist
+Keep the region as dry and clean as possible
+Change your inner wear at least twice a day
+Shower at least once a day
+Dry the region well enough after a shower and each time after you use the toilet to go about your business
+If you have diabetes then please check on your blood sugar levels and work towards controlling it
+Most importantly, begin using a topical cream twice a day over the region (clotrimazole or miconazole creams) and one oral tablet of 150 mg fluconazole

I am sorry my prescriptions will not be accepted in your country as I reside outside of the USA. Try at other drug stores to see if you can get fluconazole as it is a simple drug and should not really require a prescription, but if at all you cannot get your hands on it then just go ahead with the topical cream application twice a day for the next 2 months.
