Question: In the process of urinating my bowel also seems to release gas and/or feces. There is no real discomfit just aggravation for dealing with urinary and bowel function at the same time.

Other include rectal polyps,hemorrhoids and fissure so you should see urologic and proctologist first and if these are ruled out,you should do manometry if anal sphincter.
