Question: So im always on time on my period but im 2 days late i have very sore boobs. Cramping but no period has shown. Keep going to the toilet like i would when have a period but yet again no show... Im so tired, leg aches at the top, my tummy is tender and hurts just about my pelvis. I cant stop eating im so achy i just want to sleep, i ate dinner yesterday and after i felt sick but wasnt sick could i be pregnant? I done a pregnancy test it says negative i dont no if its too early to detect or not ?

Since your period is late only by two days the pregnancy test can be false negative. The symptoms that you have described can be due to pregnancy or premenstrual syndrome.
