Brief Answer:
Is not very significant

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through the reports attached and understand your concern.

Your blood tests results are almost normal. WBC is only slightly elevated which is not very significant. It may be due to minor viral infection like common cold etc. Trace amount of protein and 1 or 2 RBC in blood is also not significant. Just get the tests repeated after about week and we can confirm the things.

However, the reading which needs concern is FPG of 128. Get this tested again in a week, because this may tell about the presence of increased blood glucose(diabetes). Other tests are almost normal and no concern of kidney disease.

Thanks!

Brief Answer:
Pus cells on urine examination usually indicate urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Pus cells on urine examination usually indicate urinary tract infection. But, in your case- 1-3 pus cells is not significant to suspect infection. This is common finding in many cases.

RBC of 1- 2 and few epithelial cells is also not significant and does not indicate any particular problem as of now. However, you need to be followed with series of urine exams. Repeat the test one more time after one weeks. Meantime, drink good amount of water and we will check if there is any problem.

Thanks!
