Detailed Answer:
My der,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
What we have to rule out is any kidney envolvement. As kidney diseases give rise to what we call as "morning puffiness "This can be done by a routine urine examination.
If urine examination is ok then there is not much to worry.
Our approach changes with the age of patient and your medical notes did not mention it.
A healthy lifestyle will go a long way in helping you.
