
Suggest Remedy For Puncture Wounds On Legs

Question: I have 2 Puncture wounds on my leg which I think was caused by my cat. In the past few days it has spread. It looks dark in the middle and red around the edges. What's the best treatment?

There is obviously a local infection which is caused by cat scratching and this is commonly seen after such incidents. It should be treated with amoxicilin for 7-10 days and you should visit doctors since it may worsen if you ignore it. also, apply cold compresses, keep your hand elevated and keep these wounds clean.
