Question: these several purple spots grew on penis shaft, i had protected sex with a unknown girl 6 weeks ago, spots dont itch, no problem whatsoever by these spots. i am very concerned please help.

I would like to suggest you to get certain investigation like Chlamydia, HSV 1 & 2, VDRL and gonorrhea. You must also take the test for HIV by 4 th generation ELISA test at 12 weeks. Triple action cream application thrice daily will be beneficial.

Maintain genital hygiene and keep the area dry.
