Confirm urinary infection (UTI ) with urine culture test.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i shall suggest you do an urine culture test.
In the report sent, pus cells and esterase are indicators of urinary infection.
Once urine is given for culture test,then start Ciprofolxacin, twice daily.
You can also take an urinary alkalyser twice daily.
Drink 10-12 glasses fluids daily.
Get well soon.

Hi ,XXXX Here, before 03 days you have suggested me the urine culture test ,
report of the same is attached ,
i have taken the medicines suggested by you since then 2.5 days ,
its little better now but still sometimes(for few minutes) i feel little feverish while working in office hours .
so looking forward for your suggestion on this , and also suggest for how many days I should continue this medicines suggested by you .

No infection on culture.

Hello XXXXXXX
Your urine culture is normal. No infection is seen.
So you don't really need a full course of antibiotic.
If you're feeling feverish, just take Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily for 3 days.
Also take a paracetamol tablet of 650mg strength, if feeling of fever is there.
Drink 10-12 glasses liquids daily.
You should be fine very soon.
