Question: I keep getting little red dots on my arms after scratching a simple itch. They look like blood spots under the skin, and they sometimes spread out. What could this be?

Brief Answer:
It could be scabies

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have checked the attached image and have correlated with your description. I would need to know the specific disposition of the rash and whether it involves your groins and web of your fingers. If so, it could be scabies.
As of now I would suggest you to take some antiallergic like cetirizine tablet once daily and see if it provides relief. The next thing to suggest would be to get a routine blood count done. I would be looking for a rise in eosinophil count.
Revert back with the requested details and I would be glad to help you further.
Regards
