Most likely due to eczema.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and images and understand your concerns.
It is most likely due to eczema changes and not due to carcinoma.
But just keep an eye over it,if it will persist, color changes, painful and increased in size than consult your treating physician to rule out carcinoma.
Hope found useful, feel free to discuss more information.
Good luck.
Regards
