okay
Brief Answer:
Take treatment for folliculitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have seen the attached picture.
You seem to have developed a localised superficial infection called pyoderma, probably due to an ingrown hair causing folliculitis.
Keep the affected area clean and dry.
Wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily.
Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the lesion twice daily.
Wear cotton undergarments so as to decrease sweating and prevent further friction.
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected area.
Take some oral anti inflammatory agent like ibuprofen or paracetamol along.
You might need a course of oral antibiotics if the lesion still tends to persist or increase.
Hope it helps
Please ask if you need any further clarifications

could you tell me if its serious or anything please
Brief Answer:
Not to worry
Detailed Answer:
It is basically a superficial skin infection.
You can start with the treatment as told earlier. In most patients, it tends to heal only with this therapy. Only in some patients when the infection tends to go deeper, oral antibiotics are required as well.
So don't worry, take treatment. It might heal soon.
