Question: What can cause white cells in red coloured urine, with protien. I have been antibiotic s after frequently. Passing urine especially at night about 6 to 7 times at night.Also l amfeeling hot all over,almost burning , legs and feet as wll. the last few days, just a trickle of urine l am passing during the day but many times at night

I read your question and i understand your concern. White cells and red color urine with increased frequency is a very classic presentation of UTI and should be sorted out with a urine routine exam and culture sensitivity to find the causative bug.

As far as urinary proteins are concerned, that needs assessment of renal function and quantification of urinary proteins by 24 hours urine assessment. Only then one can comment on actual cause of this proteinuria.
