sometimes I feel redness and in my eyes. could you suggest best method to get white eyes. I have gone through some tips in net and they suggesting visine to use.could you suggest.

I would like to know since when you are facing this problem?
Is it associated with itching?
Does it affect the vision?

It might be due to allergy, or might be due to stress or less sleep.
I would suggest you to sleep for 7 to 8 hours every night.
You can take antihistamine tablet like lovocetirizine 5 mg every night for a week.
You can use itone eye drops, two to three times a day.
