Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Its really hard to advice about the medicines you should take not knowing what exactly you are dealing with. But lets try.
To do that I need to know some more details:
1. What is your heart rate.
2. How high is the fever.
3. Do you have diarrhea and if so, is there any blood or mucus in the stool.
4. Does the pain radiate to the back?
5. Do you have any frequent urinating, burning while urinating, blood in urine?
6. Please push the most painful area gently with your hand and release the pressure suddenly. Does the pain get more intense when releasing the pressure?
7. Is your abdomen bloated?
8. Do you have cramps?
9. Is your urine dark and stool pale?
I`m looking forward to hearing from you.
Regards.
Ciprofloxacine and Buscopan can help.
Detailed Answer:
Normal heart rate indicates that this is not bad for now. Fever and vomiting can be due to viral infection of gastrointestinal tract. If so, diarrhea should appear soon.
As you have had divertivculitis and there is left abdominal pain, antibiotic seems to be advisable. Ciprofloxacine can help. You should add Metronidazole (Flagyl) if you have one.
Buscopan is also fine and you can take it 3 times a day. Try to avoid solid foods and drink plenty of liquids.
Because of diveritulitis, you should see a doctor when you arrive.
Hope this will help.
Regards.
