Brief Answer:
Try simethicone (GasX for example)

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

I am sorry to hear this - it sounds stressful.

Since you are looking for something for immediate help, I'd recommend simethicone. Simethicone can help both burping and flatus. It breaks gas bubbles in the gastrointestinal tract into smaller units.

The cause of your gas problem may require some sleuthing. I see that you take probiotics (that's good), but sometimes after taking antibiotics in the past, the gut microbial balance can be altered enough that probiotics don't do enough, or at least not fast enough. Especially if there have been a series of antibiotics.

I imagine you already avoid gas producing foods such as beans, tofu and vegetables in the cruciferous family (broccoli, cauliflower, etc). Also sulfur rich foods such as garlic and onions. You may want to experiment with eliminating some of these for a couple months to see if it makes a difference.

When your exams are done, consider seeing your doctor and having a Celiac blood test done. I know you don't have dairy or noodles, but other sources of wheat, rye, or barley can set people with Celiac disease off.

If anxiety seems to make it worse (and I don't mean immediately, but in general, you might want to discuss this with your doctor too.

If you also get bowel cramping feeling with the gas, there is a medication called Bentyl which might help that.

I hope this helps and that your situation improves. Please let me know if i can provide further information or clarification. Good luck on your tests!
