I have completely reviewed your health query, and can well realize all those concerns. Being your physician, I will take care all of them today and will give extend my expertise to solve the problems.
The red specs you noticed in your stools may be due to the food you ate yesterday. No worries for that. But if it persists and you feel it is like a fresh red blood, it may be a bleeding hemorrhoid. You will need to consult a Gen.Surgeon/Gastroenterologist then for managing the issue.
For constipation, one rule to follow is: Take the foods the help you, avoid those which cause the problem to get increased in severity.
Keep using the suppositories until you start getting normal stools. You need to take Citrucel dietary fiber supplement with plenty of water and keep it in routine. It will make a bulky stools and will alleviate constipation.
Fruits, vegetables and salads helps a lot and avoid processed red meat, beverages, caffeinated drinks, chocolates, fast, junk and spicy foods.
Remain physically active as much as you can as this helps your intestinal motility get better. But remember to keep a judicious supply of water. Also take Pedialyte to replenish fluid and electrolytes deficiency.
30 minutes before breakfast take Tab PANTOPRAZOLE 40mg / Tab LEVOSULPIRIDE 25mg for better motility. You will get relief from symptoms of stomach discomfort too.
At night take LACTULOSE Syrup 3 TSF before going to bed. It will help you more in the morning bowel movements.
Sitz bath--take lukewarm water in a tub and add salt to it. Sit in that for sometimes, many times a day. It will give soothing comfort.
