Question: I have a Burning Pain in the back of my ear on the bone.I do not have any type of inner ear pain?
Brief Answer:
Local ointment and pain killer, consult if other features also
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Is pain associated with any skin lesions, hearing difficulty, ear discharge, headache?
Short duration acute pain may be non specific but associated features or other neurodeficit require investigation.
For pain relief you can use local analgesics, oral pain killers and pain modulator drugs if required like pregabalin, gabapentin or amitryptiline.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Consult a ENT specialist
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
If no other symptoms, then fullness of ear with pain may be due to acute suppurative otitis media and needs to be examined by an ENT specialist.
If on examination other abnormalities are detected then treatment may be modified.
