Suggest Remedy For Severe Hair Fall
Question: I have dandruff for the last 10 years, whenever I see too much of dandruff or hair fall problem I go for head shave and again after 2-3 months dandruff will be too much.
Is their any permanent solution to avoid dandruff naturally or pills without side effects.

For dandruff, you must use an antidandruff shampoo regularly to prevent it from coming back.
There are a lot of antidandruff shampoo's available which you can use e.g Sebamed antidandruff shampoo (contains piroctone olamine). Coal tar+ salicylic acid based shampoo is also an effective treatment for moderate to severe dandruff.
You must shampoo every alternate days Or even daily.
Moderate to severe dandruff may require additional measures like topical steroid lotion in addition to shampoos. However this is to be used as a short measure e.g 2-4 weeks and thereafter only antidandruff shampoos to keep dandruff from coming back.
