Hair Treatment:

Doctor, I have completed that course for another 32 days. You see the pictures attached (4 pictures). I have now serious doubts on the growth happening. You can see the bald patch inside. Do you actually see improvement from the first pic. If you need I can send all the pictures since beginning by zip file.

I have compared the picture of present and past and there is only small changes in the new hair growth pattern in front is observed. surprisingly patch is visible in vertex area which was not visible in last picture. I
It is also noticed that there is no sign of new hair is noticed. Probably the reason may be total loss or death of hair follicle. For new hair growth the root of hair should exist.
You are under higher dose of the medicine and increasing the dose may affect the overall health so i would suggest you to continue the medicine there may be chance of slow improvement and strengthening if hair. The growth of hair is ever going process so slowly it will recover to normal. Meanwhile you may also consult to any trichologist and take his opinion if you desire.

For how many days to do I need to consume the medicines. I can consult a dermatologist but I do not want to experiment with Allopathic medicines at all for hair problem.

For a normal case changes appears after 3-5 month and course of medicine is maximum 1 year. But in your case progress is slow so depending upon the current situation it is very early to say about the course of medicine.
In such case normally we suggest to continue the medicine. There is no side effect of medicine in long term so it is always beneficial to continue the medicine.

I do agree with you that there are side effect of allopathic medicine and long term use of the medicine is not suggested in allopathic medicine.
Natural treatment of hair is always good for long term result.

I am taking advice of an experience dematologist (Dr. XXXXXXX Kumar). He told me that it is male pattern baldness and asked me to take Minoxidil 5% 1.0 ml twice locally daily

Now I am going to start with this course in a day or two. He told me it takes 4-6 months to see the results and he has tried and tested in many patients in last 10-12 years and it works.

I just thought to inform you on this and will keep the course intact and will consult you after 2 months.
