Brief Answer:
it depends upon testosterone levels of body

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Body hairs are dependent on the level of testosterone in blood.
As age progresses, the levels of testosterone can go low. Usually it starts decreasing after age of 60 years.
Usually it is normal and is not a matter of concern as it does not posses any threat to health as such.
So it is nothing to be worried about.
But if you want to get it diagnosed you can get your testosterone and estrogen levels checked in blood through a lab.
Depending on the levels if they are low, testosterone supplements can be taken but actually it is not advisable.
Do not take these medications without doctors consultation and a report showing deficiency of the same.
I hope i have answered your query well.
Ifyou have any more query kindly write back to me will be happy to answer them.
Thank you
