Brief Answer:
You need further evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Welcome to HCM.

Thanks for your question.
After going through your question, I can understand your concern.

Your symptoms may or may not be related to high blood sugar levels.

- Due to hyperglycemia (high blood sugar level) there is osmotic diuresis (loss of water and electrolytes from body) which may lead to dehydration and loss of salt (electrolytes like sodium, potassium, calcium, Magnessium) which may lead to these types of symptoms (Particularly in case of hypomagnessemia - low Magnessium ).
- Also kidney and neurological disorders need to be considered and ruled out.

In such a scenario, I may suggest -
= Immediate Medical attention.
= Detailed bed side neurological examination.
= Investigations like -
- Complete Blood Count.
- Renal function test - urea, creatinine, electrolytes, calcium, Magnessium, phosphorus, uric acid.
- Liver function test.
- Random Blood Glucose level.
- HbA1c.
- Urine examination including urine ketones.
- Arterial blood gas analysis.
- Vitamin B12, D3 level.
- T3, T4, TSH.
- Lipid Profile.

Depending upon detailed clinical examination and above test results need for further evaluation including Brain imaging like MRI Brain, Electro Meelography (EMG) may be considered.

Hope this helps you.
I will be happy to answer your future queries.
