Suggest Remedy For Severe Lower Abdominal Pain And Green Colored Stool

Question: I have a patient, 12 years old with iliostomy, central line, GT,JT and vesicostomy. Presenting with severe lower abd pain and large amount of dark green liquid stool from stormy. Stool is odorless. Pt. has seen peds MD and does have UTI. On Rocephin I.V. and increased I.V. fluids. Pt has old stoma and am more concerned with bowel output. Has not eaten or had feedings x6 days.Any ideas?

I can understand your concern.

I have gone through details.I have few queries like
1)If there is any fever
2)passing urine well or not
3)Any investigation if done

Green colored frequent stool is a very common complaint in patients with stoma.
In presence of central line and stomas I would like to rule out sepsis (by investigation like CRP and total count).
Also please attach the report of urine.
Cefalosporin has a good coverage for infective organisms.
If there is no sepsis Rocephin and increased fluid will help on recovery.
So I would like to review the history and reports and continue with the same management.
