Question: My wife is getting an eye clustering, when this happens she gets

These symptoms are very suggestive of migraine. There is usually an aura,followed by visual disturbance and then intense throbbing pain where light and sound are irritating.
It is triggered by physical and mental stress and lack of food.
Treatment is avoiding the precipitating factors and treatment in acute phase and prevention of attack.
Amitriptyline or Inderal are given for few months to treat it.
