Brief Answer:
It can be low calcium or vitamin D deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. I think your brother might have vitamin B 12 or vitamin D deficiency. Some time it can also occur due to calcium deficiency.
I would suggest you to follow these steps.
1. Get his serum B 12 , vitamin D and calcium level.
2. Give him tablet Gabapin NT one daily at night time.
3. High protein and calcium rich diet.
4. Salt rich juices will also help him.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. let me know if there is any other followup questions. thanks
