Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain During Bowel Movemnt

Question: Dr,

For last 5 days i am suffering from severe pain during toilet
intially i didnt get any blood in my motion, yesterday i seen some little amount of blood. Usually i get this type of problem due to over heat in my body but that will go off in 2 or 3 days time. but this time the pain getting severe day by day. so i visited local pharmacy and searched in net and followed the several remedy and i would like to detail as below

I used Anavote cream 2 times till now
i have consumed 2 times Norflox TZ (Antibiotic)
i have consumed 2 times lexicam ( painkiller)
I have consumed 1 time Lacti Fiber ( before bed) to be continued for next 30 days.
Now the pain is little reduced. please advice me whether i am taking proper medicine or pls advice with correct medicine

Hi, young man.
Read and understood your history and medications you are taking.

It looks that you have a fissure-in-ano as per the history you have provided.
You are taking the correct medicines.

You have get an added treatment as follows:
- Sitz bath in a tub with warm water.
- Take an additional PPI like Omeprazole, probiotics.
- Adjust the dose of Lacti Fiber as required.
- Normal full diet as you were taking before.
- Avoid all the eatable or beverages which you know can cause constipation.
- Keep stress and/or anxiety under control.
All these factors will help you to get a relief and possibly a curative management.

The recovery time and cure will depend upon many factors like:
- Control of diabetes,
- Avoidance of constipation,
- You can take the medicines I suggested for 1 month.
- Stop antibiotic after 5-7 days.

Is your diabetes under control? What are the recent blood sugar levels- fasting and post prandial?
Get HbA1c also done.
Get stool tests and other blood reports done
Get examined at least once from a General Surgeon and further investigations like per-rectal examination, proctoscopy and colonoscopy.

I am taking metfil VG1 twice a day

Will continur the tablets as per your advice and maintain proper diet
