Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Tailbone Area After Intercourse

Posted on Tue, 29 Dec 2015
Question: 33 yr old female, husband and I were having protected vaginal sex very rough about a year ago. And I got a severe pain in my tailbone area it hurt to sit down thereafter for quite some time (6-8 months). Ever since then I've not been in the mood but maybe once or twice, penetration burns sometimes and hurts feels like he's moving something inside me when he goes in all the way and I'm having discharge after sex now. We are in a monogamous relationship. I have also noticed it seems my hair has become thinner. I have made mention of this several times to my doctor but she has not helped me at all. Any advice?

Needs evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
Your back problem is most likely due to fisc prolapse and diagnosis can only be confirmed by MRI spine.
Your other symptoms needs pelvic examination to rule out local pathology and ultrasound pelvic to rule out other causes like ovarian cyst, fibroid, endometriosis and polyp.
Hair thinning can be due to hormonal changes.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck.
