Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Testicles
Please give additional information.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted your history of pain in the right testicle on walking and sleeping sideways.
For this you have already visited Doctors and they told it is normal pain of your age. But the pain is severe that you can not tolerate.
You have mentioned that you went for scanning a month before at that time there was no pain.
Provide further information in details for me to assist you the most.
- Since when has this pain started?
- What is the severity on a scale from 0 to 10?
- Is there no pain when you are not walking or sleeping sideways?
- What scan was done and the reasons for doing the scan and the report of the scan please.
- Any history of trauma to the scrotum or spine in the past?
- Any history of urinary symptoms or unprotected sex or so and any points that you would like to share with me to add on the information.
Answers to these questions will help me to get a clear picture as what may be going on?
The probable causes can be:
Varicocele
Partial testicular torsion
Nerve pinching syndrome.
Epididymo-orchitis.
Development of hernia and so on.
You need a clinical evaluation, actual examination and investigations that we will discuss after your feedback.
Proper evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your feedback.
Noted about wounds on buttocks - slept on stomach for 15 days - pain in penis suddenly - heaviness right testicle after 2 days - Doctor examined and said okay - pain after 4 days - Doctor said normal pain - 3 weeks now - scale 6 is quite high - the pain raises when you think about the pain it raises** this is one thing that goes against everything.
Pain on thinking makes this more of a psychological instigation or enhancement.
I would advise you the following:
- To get ultrasonography and color doppler of the scrotum and abdomen. This will help t confirm or rule out any pathological presence of disease that can be correlated to the pain you have.
- It is possible that there is neurological component like nerve stretching or pinching of the nerve supplying the testis. Get examined for presence of hernia and lower abdominal muscular tightness and so on.
Medicines like Gabapentin can be tried but need a prescription from your local Doctor (you may please discuss with your Doctor and he may be willing then).
Get a reference for Urologist, his evaluation may help more.
Drink plenty of water.
I hope this answer helps you.
