Brief Answer:
Use tea tree oil

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photographs.
You can use deriva and carofit. These creams are good.
Along with these use tea tree oil face wash and a water based sunscreen like suncote in morning.
Take steam on your face once a week.
These should help you.
Acne is a recurrent problem, it can only be controlled.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Thank you. Just a small query. How to stop acne completely. Is Suncote available in pharmacies without prescription. Secondly, post steam what should be applied. Anything else that I can try as this becomes bad sometimes particularly before menstrual cycle

Brief Answer:
It is available.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Wash your face with tea tree oil based face wash ( gorgeous) then take steam and apply deriva.
Yes these creams and suncote are available over the counter.
Menstural flare up is a common thing.
In these days take steam daily and reduce oil intake.
Also wash face three to four times a day.
This should help.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.

Thank you for advices Doctor but you have not asked me which skin type I have. I have a mix of both . Sometimes it's just oily and sometimes too dry. If I wash face 3 to 4 times, chances are that I may ruin the skin further. As it is my skin is extremely sensitive. Hope you understand my concern. Anything that I should take care of. By the way, my oil intake is extremely balanced, I don't eat oily and avoid junk

Dear Doctorm, There is yet another concern. My cheek area on both the sides turns red and leaves a burning sensation when i apply the Carofit cream or any moisturiser.. Please do factor this in my question

Details below

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I understand your concern.
Skin type doesn't matter in acne, it's the oiliness of skin which matters.
Please follow the following regimen.
1. Wash your face with gorgeous face wash in evening, take steam for 2 minutes then apply deriva gel and leave it for two hours.
2. wash face and apply aloevera gel before sleeping.
3. In morning apply carofit gel let it be there for half hour and wash off with gorgeous.
4. After you take bath apply suncote gel sunscreen and let it be there.
5. At 2 pm again wash face with gorgeous and apply suncote.
Do this daily for a month and let me know the results.
This should help you.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you
