Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
A cardiac cause is unlikely in a young , healthy 28 year old. However, If the pain is severe , constant and having sensation of heaviness or gripping then an EKG should be done to rule out a cardiac cause.
If the pain is mild, comes and goes then the likely possibility is reflux disease. PPIs like pantoprazole with pro kinetic meds like metoclopramide can be advised. Antacids can be taken OTC for now.
If the pain persists despite this then antispasmodic medication like buscopan plus should be prescribed and an ultrasound abdomen (to look for possible splenic enlargement and/or urinary tract stone) and ultra sound chest(to look for diaphragm movements and pleura).
Wishing you best of health
Thanks
