Brief Answer:
abdominal ultrasound to determine the cause of pain
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
Sorry for late response,
As you mentionted her pain is intermittent and not associated with other symptoms according to me it is normal.During early pregnancy women feel pain in lower abdomen similar to pain she perecives during her menses.it will subside in 2-3 weeks.
Still to make sure its not pathological i will advise you to go for abdominal ultrasound.
Kindly revert back with the report or discuss this with your doctor.
Hope this helps.
feel free to ask further.
