Suggest Remedy For Sharp Pain In Back And Shoulder

Question: I had a colonoscopy about a week ago. Since that day, I don't fee good. The day after my nose hurt, I sneezed all day, since yesterday, I have a sharp pain that goes from my back to my breast and also my shoulder when I breath.

Thanks for the query

I do not think your current issue has anything to do with the colonoscopy you had a week ago. It looks like you are having an upper respiratory tract infection. The pain that goes to the back and shoulder could be gastritis.
Here are my suggestions to you

1. Steam inhalations thrice daily for about 5 min each time
2. Tab Levocetrizine at night is the ideal drug for the sneezing, avoid rubbing of nose.
3. For the pain I suggest you to take tab omeprazole 20 mg once a day, if the pain does not subside I would like you to get an ultra sound of the abdomen and x ray of the chest
4. avoid milk, milk products, caffeine and smoking
5. Avoid ibuprofen as might worsen the gastritis
