1. Lasted about 15 to 20 minutes.
2. No sweating or vomiting.
3. Pain was sharp but moderate, not severe.
4. No acidity.
5. No alcohol.
6. No abdominal pain.
7. No diabetes or hypertension.
I do have ventricular tachycardia but it has caused no problem in 5 years and I am not medicated for it.
I had a problem with chest pains just like this about 3 mos ago. Was taken to hospital. At that time I was suffering from norovirus and it was determined pain came from drop in potassium levels.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Since you have history of Ventricular tachycardia this chest pain is significant.
We should not ignore this.
I would advise you to get following as soon as possible:
1. ECG
2. Echo cardiography
3. Holter monitoring.
4. Chest Xray
See they might come out to be normal but with history of ventricular tachycardia we should be very sure that this is not causing the chest pain.
Moreover your chest pain is intermittent so we should rule out any possibility of intermittent arrhythmias.
