Brief Answer:
Shortness of breath

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Common causes of breathlessness are either cardiac or respiratory or hematological. Since your previous TMT,2-D Echocardography were normal cardiac causes are less likely. However how long ago these tests were done and why these were done previously, need to be seen.In view of fresh problem resting ECG,,2-D Echocardography may have to be repeated.Chest x-ray also will give some clue to any underlying respiratory cause.
Hematological cause:shortness of breath on exertion can occur in patient with anemia when the oxygen carrying capacity of the blood fails to meet the body’s metabolic demands. Hemoglobin percentage needs to be done,if clinical evidence of pallor is present.
Anxiety should be considered as the cause of dyspnea only after organic causes have been ruled out.
