Question: Bumps that look suspect but I have tested negative for every thing more than once and so has my girl friend but it's little bumps in a row.. Don't itch or smell or burnin urine, I'm completely fine, just through off by these bumps

I have gone through the picture again, I think the bulge that you are mentioning, I feel is the bulge at the junction of glans and shaft, which is normal. If you can encircle on the picture and upload it, it will be better.
