Question: I have been having trouble sleeping. I have had some anxiety attacks as part of this with adrenaline rushes, itchy-crawling skin, some chest tightness, some headaches or stuffy, cotton headed feeling in my head. My sinuses have been clogged up at times as I have come off a cold recently. I do have a family history of heart disease and I am currently taking cholesterol and blood pressure meds.

You had mention that you have sleep problem and anxiety attacks.
Anxiety attacks can cause sleep disturbance.
Detail history and mental status examination required by a psychiatrist to evaluate for any anxiety disorder.
If there is anxiety disorder, it can be treated with anti anxiety medicine as well as psychotherapy.
If no anxiety disorder and sleep problem is there, you can be given medicines for sleep under doctor's supervision. You need to consult psychiatrist with your all heart reports and medicines.

But before that you have to check for your sinusitis if it is not cleared completely. Sinusitis may cause headache and secondary sleep disturbance. If your sleep problem is started after sinus problem , you need to be treated well for sinus problem. For that consultation of ENT specialist needed. X-ray PNS(paranasal sinus) may required.
