Suggest Remedy For Slow Digestion Problem
Question: I have slow digestion problem (slow bowl movement). Specially in the morning i get motion cleared ONLY after 2 Hrs of waking up. Although I make sure I eat at 9PM and sleep around 11PM to keep 2 hrs difference between dinner and Sleep. I wake up at 6:30 and I get relived completely at 8:30 only. Sometime (once in a two week) I do not get motion cleared even in 2 hrs and that results in a actue headache by end of the day and I get hugg gas formation which either pass through continuously or comes in form of hiccups. Sometime gas formation and headache continues for 2-3 days......sometime I try Aciloc tablet which helps little bit. In my meal I take regular vegetables, fruits. my dinner is limited to two Rotis + vegetables. I also do regular exercise (30 mins / day)
Brief Answer:
fibre supplement
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I would suggest getting a thyroid function test.
Adding fibre to die like psyllium husk ( fabolite) should help in normalizing stools. I would also suggest to take either pantoprazile or omeprazole regularly for a period of 4 weeks as it will help with gas formation.
Other things which might help are regular exercise, increasing fruits and green leafy vegetables and drinking adequate water.( which you are already doing).
Hope this helps
