welcome to HCM.

An average size of an erect penis is about 11 cm to 15 cm but I would like to add here that there is wide variation in size with different races.

Non erect penis is not taken into consideration for measurement. Micro penis is when an erect penis size is less than 7 cm.

You are telling that your penis is weak, I would like to know more in specific what you mean by that and also answer to these questions so that I may get to know what exactly the problem is,

1. Do you have trouble maintaining your erection for long or without ejaculation?
2. Do you suffer from pre-mature ejaculation?
3. Are you anxious during sex?
4. Do you smoke? Drink alcohol?
